I appreciate the way they explain the work, either what they've done or things they need to do, in a clear and concise way. I was looking for a new forever mechanic and I think I found mine here!

My son recommended Integrity Automotive to me, so when I had an issue with my car not starting, I had it towed here. I initially spoke to Suzie on the phone, and she was helpful and professional.When my car arrived here, I met with Joe, and he explained in detail, what might be wrong, and how he would go about diagnosing the problem. I really appreciated that.Thanks to Joe's familiarity with the cause of the issue, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I won't be taking my car anywhere but here, from now on. Joe is the only mechanic to work on my cars for almost ten years. He's an honest, hardworking mechanic who only sells you what you need and has his best interests in his customers' vehicle life. I cannot fathom a better mechanic out there than Joe.

A friend suggested I go to Integrity Automotive to have the shocks in my car taken care of. Joe, who is the owner suggested that since its very expensive to have it done, he said to split it and have the really worn shocks done first and come back for the other, which is exactly what I did and now my car is in tiptop shape for a 10 year old, 131000 mile car. Who needs a new car when the old one works just fine when you take care of it and have Integrity Automotive to take care of your car. Super Company with super people to take care of you.

I've been using Integrity for more than 15 years now and Joe and his team have always lived up to their name "Integrity". An honest and common sense approach for your vehicle care needs. I do know a bit about vehicle repair myself and Joe has never performed work that was not needed. If anything he has gone above and beyond.
